Deposit terms

Deposits are generally non-refundable. If a health issue is discovered in the puppy, your deposit is fully refundable. Refund requests made for other reasons are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

We review every prospective home and reserve the right to decline a placement. If we decline the placement, your deposit will be refunded.

Card processing fee

Card payments include a 3.41% processing fee. You may avoid this fee by arranging to pay in cash.
